Situated at the banks of river Karha, Naik wada was built in 1743. It is believed that Naik was a moneylender of the Peshwas. Historically, this palace has witnessed the glorious past of Baramati that is worthy of studying. Earlier, the palace was also used for government offices like Baramati Tehsil Office, Court, Post office etc. This palace is as big as Shaniwar Wada in Pune and its wooden doors and carved pillars are worth seeing.

Shri Siddheshwar temple located in Baramati city is considered to be an architectural wonder. It is privately managed by Sameer Date- the Chief Trustee of Shri Siddheshwar Temple, Baramati. The Nandi stone statue in the temple premises is said to be the largest stone Nandi in the state. This attracts a lot of devotees from across the state.

A replica of the main temple at Tirupati Balaji, this temple has recently been erected at Kapurhol, the village of Dharavi- mother of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The temple is situated on vast land surrounded by carefully maintained greenery. The devotees who are unable to travel to Hyderabad, visit this Balaji Temple for darshan. The main idol of Balaji, idols of other deities, regular pujas and all religious festivals are held similar to Tirupati. Baneshwar is a Shiva temple located in the beautiful and scenic Sivaganga valley at the gateway of Velhe tehsil. The temple is built in ancient times and is carved in stone. There is a big Nandi stone statue sitting right in front of the temple along with a cool pure water fountain. Behind the temple, there are large gorges in the riverbed of Sivaganga river, where scholars often come to study these geographical formations.
